My daughter (17) had her very long hair cut short here. Molly did an excellent job and took so much care to make sure it was right. It's a great cut and she loves it!

They double booked us, we went elsewhere I think it's a bit sad that you were the ones in error yet you make people wait for for their deposit. It should be given back straight away.

Been coming here for a few years after a disaster elsewhere. I’ve found. The consultation process always thorough and I always feel listened too. They fix things if there is a fault. Always feel special after leaving here

Fantastic service. Went in for a cut and everyone was just really nice at this place. Molly was the one who cut my hair and she made me feel comfortable and asked questions to make sure that she understood the style I was after. I also love the fact they don't force you to get additional treatment or products unlike other salons do.

Thanks Daniel and his assistant for lovely treatment, colour, cut and overall experience.Just one thing to note at this time is that everything I wanted on that day was a no you can't" from the hard to communicate with receptionist. As soon as we got to the stylist though

Stylists do not know how to follow the guide of a picture you show them of what you want. A simple ponytail is what was asked and instead the stylist did a terrible braided mess after saying that the simple ponytail would look different than the models in the photo as “her hair is blonde not brown”. How they could not be able to do a simple well executed ponytail like the photo shown to them is astounding as they’re supposed to be professionals? $115 for that mess is ridiculous. Would not recommend coming to this place at all and would have rated it a 0 star if possible.
