Their 'proffesional services' are around $4500. (All up about 10k)Did the job creditably. But for what services they actually provided it seemed expensive.

I received kind, sympathetic, caring and efficient service from Kaye and the staff at Sibuns when my mother passed away recently. They accommodated my needs and requests. Kaye even helped me and my friend to drape a saree on my mother! Nothing seemed too much trouble for them and their support helped me so much to cope during this sad time. I value and appreciate so much the service they provided.

Kaye and her team looked after Dads funeral with true professionalism. Their “on the phone” and “in person” style of dealing with us was really first class at all times and the follow up prior to the ceremony was also excellent.The funeral home itself is beautiful, very light and cheerful plus beautifully decorated.Thankyou Kaye, Storm, Shane and “Spencer” for your great service today and for making Dads final farewell so perfect.Cheers

What a caring, respectful group of professionals. Nothing was too much trouble and they had suggestions when I needed them. I felt that I had put my most precious person in their capable hands. I loved the smallest details - the terrific recording, the thank you cards for me to send out, the sweets for the littlies, tissues for the tears and the way you were able to answer all our questions. I am so grateful.

Sibuns has been so amazing during our time of need. We met Catherine Jagger who took care of us during this grieving process and let me just say we cannot thank you enough. You have been so understanding, so empathetic, warm, and professional the whole way through till the end. This little story deserves 5 stars! It is not every day that a stranger helps out in a time of need, goes above and beyond and expects nothing in return! Big shout out to Alan Pound from Sibuns! My mother passed away in July in Germany this year and I was unable to travel to be with her or for her memorial service. The funeral director in Germany arranged for her ashes to be sent to NZ. When they arrived here, NZ Post informed me that they were unable to deliver the parcel to me from Auckland to Christchurch. It was an anxious time for me to find an alternative to get them send that last little bit of their long journey. When asked, Alan offered immediately his help. I was able to get the ashes delivered to Sibuns. I was very touched when Alan informed me that he repackaged the parcel because he found the packaging had suffered. And then he send it on to me. Just like that! Thank you!

Great People ...Very expensive$1500 to hire a small room for one hour.
