The good thing about this place is that there's someone on the premises. They offer the service of moving your washing into the dryer so you don't have to hang around, you can just come back to collect later. This cost an extra $6 per load (i.e if you have 2* machines going and both need to be transferred to dryers then it's $6 each). If you want them to fold I think you can pay extra for that.

Tried to charge me a late fee, even though I arrived on time. Keep an eye on their dryers -the times are not accurate. Dodgy, dodgy, dodgy......Reply:I’m sorry, but I don’t think I’m the one who is confused here.On this specific day I came in and paid for a 30min to use your dryer. After payment was made, I loaded the dryer & jumped in my car and waited outside in your car park. After 20mins had passed, I came back inside to check my clothes and the timer had only 5mins left on it (which I thought was odd...it should’ve been 10mins left). Anyways I decided to go outside for a smoke, which only took me 5mins. When I came back inside the dryer was already unloaded and my clothes were in a blue bag. So I grabbed the bag and your staff member that was working that night said, in his own words “excuse me sir, but there’s a late fee that you need to pay”.... so, the moral of my story is...(1) your employee is cheating your customers(2) the timer on your dryers is rigged.My previous review stands.

Great service , lady also makes suggestions if you're unsure. A few times she's helped me carry my laundry to the car when she isn't busy. Always smiling.

I love using this laundromat because the staff is always friendly and very helpful if I want to just dump my washing onto to them for an extra couple of bucks they will do it all for me wash dry and even fold them good value for money also you can buy towels and the owner will embroidery what ever you want on them for $20.00 I purchased three with my name embroidered on it

I will not use this laundry again. First it is a dirty complex . More annoying ,Beware if leaving your washing for them to do . I paid for a wash cycle and a 50 minute dry cycle . I put them in the wash myself . They were insisted on me leaving for them to put in the dryer . I left . I calculated on returning i would have to wait 10 minutes as I was early back.However the clothes were waiting in my basket on arrival . Once I got to my car I realized they were still damp . They had only put in for the 40 minute cycle not the 50 minute that i know from experience is enough and i paid extra for. I argued this with them. They completely denied it . dishonest trader. BEWARE !!!!!.

Dropped my clothes off and they did the changing from washer to dryer. There’s blue paint all over my clothes ! When I questioned, the woman said it is probably something that I had in my clothes. I asked was it there when u changed it from washer to dryer ? She said no. I said well then how is it from my clothes ? It must be from the dryer . She then showed me their policy which says they are not responsible for any damages. What great customer service ! Oh and btw the blue paint is exactly the same color as their walls !!! Will never return !

The asian lady running the place kept opening the drier before it was finished. Asked for a refund, was refused. Clothes still dirty. Clothes wet from her opening the door still had over 5 minutes left on drier and i watched her open it. Don’t recommend

Very dirty place . The washers and dryers are way over priced . Washing machines smell old an damp and dirty on the outside aswell. This place needs a good cleaning and tidy up and some maintenance done . Lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
