West Harbour Cattery

First time back at the Cattery, under the new ownership, was a bit concerned as have a 19 yr old beloved cat. Was so delighted on meeting Kelly when I made the drop-off, I was totally reassured by her lovely, caring manner and knowledge of the possible needs of an older cat. I returned home totally happy to leave ‘my baby’ in Kelly’s care.My experience was reinforced at pick- up when Kelly gave me a complete rundown of how Slinky fared during the week, with information relating to close contact and care, with obvious genuine care of all her charges.I could not rate this cattery care more highly!!!Definitely 6 out of 5!!!!!

Very friendly and helpful. Kelly is very genuine and caring for the cats. Lovely service and highly recommend this Cattery to anyone as she really loves the cats there as if they were her own :)

I left my two cats at Kelly's for three weeks after we had moved house and were in temporary accommodation. They had never been to a cattery before, and I think i was more stressed about it than they were! I picked West Harbour Cattery after reading previous reviews and was so glad I did. Kelly was amazing, and you can tell she really loves what she does. She even let me visit my cats and spend time with them. Thanks Kelly for looking after them so well

Our first time to use this service was very positive. Our cat, Basil, was well looked after, fed and groomed. He was not stressed by being away from home. The owners take very good care of our pets and we will be using them again.

Kelly is fabulous with our cat Milo. She genuinely cares for the cats and treats them like her own. Glad we have found someone we can trust with him.
