Barfoot & Thompson Highland Park

Booked for a rental viewing, received 3 email and text confirmations confirming with Neo Rahman. Arrived early, Neo did not show, no phone call, would not answer his phone. Spoke to receptionist who was pleasant and said she get him to call. Nothing.Unprofessional and disappointing. Feel for the landlord as I was seriously interested in Puke Rd property.

We dealt with a number of staff here and experienced a great deal of rudeness and ineptitude.After leaving a rental property, we overpaid two weeks of rent (this is Auckland remember!) accidentally and tried to get it returned. Trying to get it back was exhausting and tiresome - even though they told us it was being kept in a trust. They took a ridiculous amount of time to get back to us, if they bothered at all.Imagine if we had been over a month late paying our rent to Barfoot and Thompson...Staff were rude on the phone to us, huffing and sighing loudly and being very impatient, when we wouldn’t have had to take up their time if they had just communicated properly in the first place.Now, as homeowners, do you think we are likely to use Barfoot and Thompson for any services? Highly unlikely...

If I could give Barfoot and Thompson 0/5, I would've. No communication skills, totally inept and unprofessional. I applied for the Puke road rental, and waited 2 weeks for an answer. Tried contacting Neo, but he wouldn't answer and was never at the office. Eventually Shirlene was able to give me an answer, only to inform me that the property had been offered to someone else. Now I'm struggling to find a place to live, with my wife and 3 month old. Thank you Barfoot and Thompson.

Top business selling or buying for house or either new house land. But it more expensive to buyer or seller

Applied for a rental on trade me.Email wrote back to me, sorry out of all the applications you were not successful.Checked trade me a week later.Property still listed, with a rent decrease.Ok. Out of of applications???"Just tell it how us it is...it's a straight no no.No need to lie about other applications.The place is still listed on trade me."
