Pergola NZ ltd

We have had a 5 x 4m Pergovue pergola installed by Pergola NZ. The turn around time to install (considering initial lead time estimates) exceeded expectations. It looks great and works great, a perfect addition to our house. Thank you Marc and the team for such a good job.

I first met Marc in Sept 2022 where we accepted his quote and was told pergola to be in by late Oct/Nov. Still waiting at end of January… now he doesn’t take my calls or return them from call Centre. My mum now in Hospice care here at home & would love to sit outside with friends to say goodbye but still no pergola…. Very disappointing!!

4th of Feb we contacted Pergola NZ for the first time, Marc came and did an assessment whom promised to send us a quote. To-date we have not received it. Chased by email, calls and txt, and still nothing. We know our place is small and maybe doesn't generate you as much profit as other big houses, but not letting us know is just not acceptable, we'd prefer if you'd just be up front about it and tell us if you won't do it. Letting us hang really leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Initially our plan was to also build a deck at the back and have pergola done up too, thought we'd use you again if you did a good job, but looks like you just don't want our business.

Made a Pergola for my dad, it was awesome!!

Marc and his team did a fantastic job on our deck. With the cover and curtains, we now have a deck to use in all seasons. Would highly recommend PergolaNZ.
