Amazing friendly service! Theres a gentleman that works there that really gives top notch advice and is so helpful with parcel tips in postal section.Im using them for my business going forward because of this wonderful experience!Cant rate them enough!

After years of buying books here just recently 3 months before this review being posted I made a book order along with a friend so just a few days ago we went into the store seeing what was happening and apparently the book I ordered is no longer available and my friends book had arrived but they decided to put it on the shelf before calling my friend that their PRE ORDER that they should have been told about before putting on the shelf and none of us had been called or informed that this had happened I no longer recommend this store or its ordering services.

Service always great. Do not carry many books about Rural NZ. Especially about farming areas and the people who live/ have lived there. When enquiring they said if I want a book they can order it in. I can do that on line myself. Great gift selection. Have magazine on order there - always there every 2 months. Great service.

Good staff who are always willing to help. Also find that their range of stationary and books is huge. Also a few little bits and pieces that make good gifts for people including birthday cards and other cards like that.
