Lots of tantalizing stock for the winter season. Wonderful scarves that were polyester but felt like mohair. Great blue striped soft cotton shirt. Good to see fabric that wasnt recycled.

Came to the cash desk in the men’s section to purchase an item, the cashier did not respond to my hello and continued to talk to his coworker with no eye contact or goodbyes. Lack of customer service should pay more attention to customer.

Walked past this store, saw clothes in the window I wished to purchase. Walked inside to the correct department but could not find what I was after. I went looking for a staff member, these are harder to find than the clothes! Found one in the very next department. I asked about the clothes, they had no idea. Told me they did not work in that department. I asked for a staff member who did and was told they hadn't started yet, this was at 11am Friday morning. They did not offer to check the computer for stock even, there was no other help offered. It did not concern them I was leaving the store empty handed. 2 things that concern me is 1 How do they think they get paid? 2 How do these places survive?

Dont shop here... Despite there being a returns policy, staff were rude and wouldn't accept an item back in full saleable condition, tags on, in its bag.

I suggest their short and long sleeve t-shirts. Also, you can find some fair price gym clothes too.

Friendly and efficient staff and some really good clothing at really good prices. Update 6/23: still very good experience!

Looks like priced up version of the warehouse. Better quality possibly. Tidy store though.

For some reason this store has really overpriced cheap looking clothes. Didn’t seem like any other H&M store worldwide where at least the prices are fair

Very cool store and you can always get some great deals in here. The staff are friendly and helpful. But must say it’s great to have a H&M in Wellington so thank you for coming here.
