Have a brother cartridge that I needed they were helpful knowledgeable they bought the printer and they fixed it or what muesli hundred bucks good all sorted

Huge thumbs up to CW Fitzgerald Ave and Sharyn (?) - stuck at home post operatively not allowed to drive, and although I'm not an on-account customer, they are delivering in my area today and will deliver my ink cartridges to me :) I love this so much.

Cheapest I could find. They do refills for toner cartridge and recycle old cartridges so am happy that they doing the right thing for the ecosystem. Very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot! I brought my Brother printer into the shop because paper had jammed and I couldn't get it out. The lady at the counter immediately said she did ink, and I'd need the printer expert. She disappeared and printer bloke arrived less than a minute later. He started investigating, discovered that the jam was deep inside the machine and well cooked, fetched tools and a colleague and went at it. Noone asked my name or for a purchase receipt. The two men took at least 10 minutes to remove the jammed paper, but then they ran a print test and decided the paper path wasn't smooth. They burrowed inside and found a bit of plastic putting a slight wrinkle in the paper which probably caused the jam. I expected to pay about $50 for all this labour, but they refused all payment. It was a service they offer to all their customers.I am a customer - I have bought toner from them for years, and bought the printer from them. I will certainly continue to be loyal after service like that.
