Really unpleasant customer experience, not going to go into detail but they have wasted enough of my time and fuel. Would not recommend.

Really amazing staff, friendly and honest with a attitude to have local manners.Very good stock on hand and a tidy store. Just watch the parking for bigger SUV and van's. You will catch something if you are not careful.

Lovely lady, greeting and helpfulness to me was superb. She helped me with an online order.

If I could do a negative star rating, I would. Called the store half hour before closing and had item wanted put aside. We were passing through town and thus on limited time. Called again to say we were running a few minutes late due to traffic. Arrived just before closing and were denied service despite door being open and tills not cashed. Staff completely rude and unpleasant, opened door but declined for us to make purchase. Would have expected better from a small town, especially given how much notice we gave. THOUROUGHLY disappointed. What happened to customer service? Store shutting at 17:28 and not allowing a pick up? Shame that staff just want to knock off work instead of providing a service they are employed to do.

I bought blinds online this morning and it said online that I could pick them up today as they were in stock at the Briscoes I live closest to, I went to the store a couple hours later and asked the women that was at the counter, she was rude and said they don’t have my blinds as they will take a couple days, I tried to let her know it said I could get them online and pull up the email on my phone but she continued to talk over me and embarrass me infront of the people waiting in line, she said if I want them today I have to buy them again in store, her name was Tarnia. Another girl was serving behind the counter and I asked her if I could pick up my blinds and she asked for my order number and it was in the computer, and she got me my blinds seconds later.It’s not that hard to ask for an order number.

Lots of parking, it's briscoes so you know even on special it's gonna be pricey, but store is clean, quick service, staff are friendly

First time here,briscoes manager ask why I'm taking photo's,explained myself again,said i need permission from head office,so i rang,i need to ask permission first save hassle,i do with some,specials on,got towels,knife set,staff ok,parking ok,manager did her job well and was friendly after all that.

Awesome deals, staff are also super helpful.
