If there was an option for no stars I would give that for how the manager dealt with me .... I bought an xbox1 for 229.00 first day I took it home the control didn't work returned a couple days later they replaced it which was fine only 2 take it home and the A button was getting stuck everytime we ppushed it so took it bk and again they replaced it no worries so I purchased the Xbox game pass for a years access as well as games over 120 worth so 2 weeks after purchase the console started freezing midway thru gaming which ment a reset everytime by now we had enough of the troubles with this xxboxand wanted a refund so I called the store today and talked 2 the manager I explained all that was wrong and just wanted a refund so we can purchase a brand new ps4 knowing there would be no issues with a brand new one she proceeded 2 say I needed a picture or a video 2 prove the freezing issue which was only happening midway thru gaming then proceeded 2 say that they can't justify a worker playing the game for a couple hours on my word that it's freezing I asked if there was another way as I'm wanting 2 get a refund today and purchase new console at the same time from the warehouse she said no that's all they can do due to their procedures she mentioned this a few times but I'm amazed she couldn't offer a more reasonable request I asked 2 speak 2 the manager which she said she was and said she has already told me what I need 2 do then said she is hanging up the ph midway thru me asking a question and hung up HOW RUDE .... I purchased this console on good faith that it worked only 2 be let down because she is assuming I had a change of mind which if this was the case why did I sign up for a years Xbox game play and purchase Xbox games which can't be refunded i just want my money bk so i can purchase a console that i know has no issues sort this out please EDiT ... went in store talked 2 the person who was on the ph she was rude in person as well but a God sent worker came and heard me out understood my frustration and everything was sorted within 5mins so thank u 5 stars for the store and staff but 1 star for the shift supervisor Gemma

Thank you Mark and Maria for sorting the ring I bought having it resized and at a great price you both went out of your way to sort it for me for that I’m very great full.Emily thank you for your great customer care service today was so much appreciated I’m so sorry I lost my patience last week with you it was not your fault I was so frustrated to be told by two jewellers that the ring could not be resized to fit me but thank goodness for you three it got sorted so you have one happy happy customer I just love the ring keep up the good work

Great range of stuff here plus the friendly, enthusisatic & knowledgeable staff are a credit to the store. I'm always checking out Playstation & Xbox games here as well as any musical equipment. Surprising what you find sometimes. I think we all know theres more profit in selling stuff via other means but if you just want to get rid of something for roughly a third of its value then CC is ideal.

Me and my partner come in usually to look at the older games and consoles, usually very fairly priced for What they are and the 90 day bring back is always good when something doesn't workStaff is always very helpful and kind

Staff were friendly at first but then got worse throughout the time i was here. handed in around 1K worth of camera equipment and got offered $200, saying it was the highest they'd go due to how old it is. went home and listed it on trade me and doubled their offer within a few hours thanks to a bid. just sell online and not to them. its not worth your time.

Managed to find some pretty good gems in here (guitar hero guitars, adapters) all for a pretty damn good price compared to the internet.Well worth taking a look at some of the stuff available here.I even managed to get them to hold an item for me until I could come back at a more convenient time.Friendly staff and very helpful.

Cash converters! Where they convert your cash to them?Shady stuff going on at this place. My somewhat expressive electronic product did not work after thorough assessment, like anyone else would I went to refund it with a recipet but had an absolute ordeal obtaining a refund...It worked in their possession (conveniently, redacting 15%) and supposedly did not have the same front code" upon purchase "preventing their system" for a refund. I'm glad I did not succumb to their claims it wasn't theirs
