Kate was an incredible recommendation from a trusted friend. I was nervous, as it feels like if somethings wrong it’s your fault. But! Kate put me at ease immediately. We discussed the possibilities of what could be causing slow weight gain and low milk supply: she identified a tongue tie and I got it sorted at Kenepuru hospital. We reviewed after this, and she assured me of my supply, taught me to laid back feed, use an SNS system, and now my milk is well and truly in!!It is worth the money and the time and the effort. Kate knows her stuff and is so approachable and great with babies too. I can’t thank you enough Kate. I highly recommend her if you need support with your breastfeeding journey.

Absolutely amazing! I’d never heard of a lactation consultant before walking through Kate’s door but I suddenly felt I was in the right place which put me at ease straight away. Very welcoming and her expert advice and help has meant we have fixed the problem straight away and I can continue to breast feed with no pain at all. Happy baby and very happy mum! Thanks Kate.

Kate was amazing! I was having major issues with breastfeeding and damaged nipples and Kate sorted everything. She followed up regularly after the visit as well. Top service and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone !

Kate is not only a highly skilled lactation consultant, she is also a very kind and empathetic person who understands the anxieties that come with breastfeeding difficulties, particularly tongue and lip ties. Without Kate’s knowledge and guidance I can hands down say I would not still be be breastfeeding.

I cannot recommend Kate highly enough! She listened and really understood the issues we were having, and was able to assess whether my son had a tongue-tie (my primary concern) and then referred us on to the appropriate specialists. Her use of CST is incredibly gentle and our little boy is always so calm and relaxed afterwards.On every visit she has been friendly, professional and extremely helpful. It has been lovely (and stress-relieving) to feel like I can ask plenty of questions and move forward with some positive steps.
