Really nice vets, the veterinary kiki is lovely,4 out of 5 or how every many, there are a few vet nurses their super nice, but way to much anxiety if you get the mean unhelpful one who hates if you ask her questions, Too scary so have moved vets sadly.

The best vet!They looked after our cat amazingly after he got into a few fights.They were able to help in our tricky situation and there was no judgement.Thank you for looking after our cat.

Amazing service and such wonderful staff. Go above and beyond for my fur babies when needed. No matter where I'm living in wellington this will always be my preferred vet.

Glen and his team are very friendly pet lovers looking after our 4 Paws companions.

All these people complaining about prices and cost... Well these guys charged me less than the SPCA for more treatment. People should go to another vet if they think this one's expensive!Amazing care for our darling kitty. Firstly, accommodated an urgent weekend emergency appointment. She stayed there a couple of nights and seemed okay with it. She was at the end, but the vet was confident she could still enjoy a week or two at home with some help, to give us time to say goodbye.They were all great and the nurses very helpful, helping me to complete and teaching me two-three times how to do a hydration infusion on her, no charge. When the time came for her last appointment, the vet was very good and sympathetic giving us all the time we needed.Nobody pushed us about the costs and bill during that horrible period, and without request they gave us a beautiful card with her paw prints on it when they returned her ashes. I was in no state to even think about something like that at the time, and am incredibly grateful for the sentiment now. We were able to pay the bill in installments making the care within reach for us. I have no hesitation recommending these vets for anybody.

Glenn was amazing when our cat was run over by a car. He gave us options and good advice. With their support (including free use of a cat carry cage and a huge cage for our cat to live in for 6 weeks) we are happy to say our little cat is fighting strong without a huge debt. I highly recommend Karori and Island Bay vet.

Best vet I've ever been to.Kind, compassionate and definitely animal lovers.Cat was not too stressed with her stay and came home feeling much better. Prices were exceptionally good.
