Nice little course about an hr drive from auckland cbd. No warm up nets and the putting green had seen better days. Course layout is a bit back and forth centering round the clubhouse, which is handy if you need the toilet lol. Fairways are in good condition. However most of the greens need some work. For some reason there's bald drainage rings round a fair few which can be frustrating if you land short of the green. Aside from that it's nice and cheap, wasn't busy for a Sunday and would recommend for casual golfers who just fancy switching off the brain for a few hours while chasing a little ball about.

Course has varying characters, some lughtnup/down slopes, dogleg, short and long fairways. Despite many tree line, it isn't too difficult as fairways are reasonably generous and it's easy to find your ball. Course condition has patches of water logged area and quite disappointed even on some greens. Grass on fairways still patchy despite almost 2 months since the hot summer sun. Generally, one could enjoy a game here as it isn't a huge expense to play here.

Better a bad day on the course than a good day in the office am I right! Honestly a really fun course and there's usually tee times available, I've been down half a dozen times over winter and I'll keep coming back. Cheers!
