Kitchen Studio North Shore

We are thrilled with our new kitchen from Kitchen Studio North Shore. Natasha, the designer came up with some brilliant ideas and gave us just the kitchen we required. We wouldn't change a thing. The whole process was very professional and we would certainly recommend Kitchen Studio to friends.

Natasha helped design a timeless kitchen for our new build farmhouse, north of Wellsford. She listened to what we wanted to achieve, gave great ideas and knowledgeably shared information about products on the market we could consider. If she believed we would regret a decision we were making she took time to explain why it wouldn't work, but at all times she was collaborative and we are pleased we took her advice. Natasha was supported by Jason, a professional installer, and the office staff who communicated the stage of the install and made the process smooth, especially challenging for the team - given our kitchen was installed before and after the Covid lockdown. We would highly recommend Kitchen Studio North Shore thinking of renovating or installing a new kitchen. .

Such an embarrassment of a well known New Zealand organization. They send a different worker for the kitchen renovation throughout the process due to a ‘packed schedule’, this interferes with the smooth progression of the kitchen renovation, and exposes them to make marginal errors here and there.., and it takes up so much time explaining to the new worker, explaining to them where the previous worker left it off at. This happened way too often for a 2 month job. Besides the fact that its a long period of time for them to finish the kitchen renovation, they really had the guts to delay the whole process because the worker has a ‘packed schedule’ again! We are still waiting for our kitchen to be finished renovated till this day when the job should be already done couple days ago, we were using a portable gas cooker for 2 months, and it looks like its going to take another couple weeks patching up all the mistakes they have made ( the drawers feel stiff, mild scratches to the surface here and there, the cabinets that are supposedly turn 360 degrees does not work) At this point its really just a joke of an organization, they should really take it to more professional manner especially considering that its a $50000 job. You will not meet your expectations with this company… please don’t waste your time and energy and money with them. They ask you to pay two installments, first payment we didn’t notice much faults, (there was only one worker, and he was a hard working kiwi man, but didn’t seem reliable, took days off and also did not clean the toilet after using it) but after the last installment, their attitude changes, its like as if they just don’t really care about your situation, as long as they get the job done no matter how long it takes kind of attitude, its awful! We are not even satisfied with the quality of the kitchen nor the service! We should’ve got it done by a private institution which would’ve taken less time and less money with better quality, and better professional service! What a waste of $50000, we are looking into other kitchen renovation companies to patch up their mistakes!

Had a good response from Paul Collins, Very pleased , the correction to door design was discussed and a solution agreed upon. This was well communicated, and the solution was executed with a great result.

The Kitchen Studio team have come together to produce a fabulous kitchen for us. We had a difficult area to work with, central to the house and needing to link with different functions. Michael developed different options with us to enhance our space. He had the patience to really listen and act on what we needed. There was a lot of waiting for materials etc but the professional installers and Tegan in the office worked hard to bring the kitchen to fruition in the way that we wanted. We are very happy with the results.

Kitchen Studio recently completed our kitchen, Michael, our designer made some great suggestions to improve our worktop problems and lighting which was inadequate as well as listening and incorporating our requirements into the kitchen design. We now have a kitchen that functions perfectly, as well as looking fantastic. Dylan, who fitted the kitchen had a great eye for detail and came even though he had to navigate landslips and traffic queues due to the floods in the area. We would definitely recommend Kitchen Studio and in particular Michael as their designer and Dylan as their fitter.

We reached out to Kitchen Studio to perform our kitchen renovation. Natasha our designer was great, she designed us a kitchen with balance between function and aesthetics. The whole team made the process simple and easy. Would highly recommend.

Great design, service and installation for our new kitchen. One of the few contractors on our renovation project to take real pride in the outcome through the all phases of the work and were really patient with our design queries (we're not the easiest customers) as well as construction delays that were caused by others.

I chose Kitchen Studio to remodel the kitchen. I liked the plan very much. However, the installer did not come without any contact during the installation process. With the scheduled installer unable to come. The installed cabinet is not working properly as the installer, which is less professional, has been replaced twice. I think the inspector should come and check and reinstall them. The Kitchen Studios said it was not at this stage and said the OPT team would send new schedule and reports by last Friday, but there was no contact. What a disappointing act. I look forward to the professional responsible behavior of the Kitchen Studio and a satisfactory finish within the scheduled time. I think it fits the reputation of Kitchen Studios.

I made contact with kitchen studio at the North Shore home and garden show.Their designer Michael visited my home at no cost, listened and came up with some great ideas. I then went to the studio to see the computer model of my new kitchen and the products that I could choose from actually installed. All this gave me confidence to go ahead.The delivery and installation schedule was seamless and checks were made by the designer and installer to make sure I was happy. I am very pleased with the finished kitchen. Thanks to all the team. I would definitely recommend Kitchen studio.
