Paul and his staff have always gone out of their way to help with the various requirements I have had over the past few years. Their brand knowledge is excellent, they carry a large range of motorcycles, riding gear and garden equipment, plus plenty of spares and if they can't help, they offer alternatives and advice as to who can. It is always a pleasure to visit North Coast Honda.

When in this morning with two kids to purchase motorcycle helmets. No greeting. Tried on all the kids helmets. Two staff at the desk no help offered. I'm completely inexperienced with fitting this type of helmet. No offer to help still..! Said as I walked out 'thanks for the help'...Went to Yamaha next door.. Additionally lined up a new bike

Mike has been trying to sell my motorbike for over a year now, called me months ago with an offer far below what I wanted (and payed for, I bought the bike from him as well), now I have found out he just sold it for less than I asked for, without my knowledge, didn't even call to ask if the price was OK. This just happens to be when I need to use the bike for transport. No help on the phone, just said that he got the sale and there was no need to call.

Matt went above and beyond to assist me today. His product knowledge was faultless and I really appreciated the advice he gave me. Professional, safety focused and great at dealing with this very tricky customer. I will definetly be back, and highly reccomend anyone (especially newbies) to visit.

Just awesome! Went to get a helmet and the staff was just great. Very knowledgeable, friendly and patient ( I asked a lot of questions) and what I liked most - they sold me the product I really needed and did not push for the most expensive / flash one. Good job, that's how you build a loyal customer base! I'll be back!
