Caroline manages my property in Jack's Point and she has made the process so easy, enjoyable and stress-free. From the beginning, Caroline was super responsive and I love how she took the time to get to know us so that she could find tenants that were a good match. She's a problem solver so when things come up, she makes recommendations about how to resolve them. Excellent service and a lovely human to work with, highly recommend.

Katrina has managed our property in Queenstown since we purchased it. As we knew nothing about the local market -it has been a pleasure leaving Divine Property Management to get the property up & running for us. They have done a brilliant job & are so helpful with a lot of good advice. We find Katrina very professional & nothing is a problem - as she has (unlike us) so much experience in this industry. Very comfortable apartment. Within easy walking of downtown. Well provided kitchen.Our suggestion for improvement is to install lights above the bathroom sinks.Thanks for your hospitality.

Divine Property Management
We were guests for two weeks in one of the properties managed by Katrina and her team. The Golden Heights house is in a stunning location, with a spa pool looking over the lake and Remarkables range, and plenty of space for larger groups to get together. Katrina took care of a couple of minor issues immediately and left us to enjoy the property. We would definitely book again through Divine Property! Thanks for having us!

Katrina and her team are beyond nice, professional and helpful. Everything in our rental home was working, clean and they were prompt on email and phone if we needed them. They have an excellent work ethic and are so friendly and wonderful. We will be renting from them again!

This was our second stay at Golden Heights, and we already can't wait to come back! It is the perfect property for a large family with kids. The location is ideal and Katrina and her team are just outstanding to communicate and deal with. We'd all give 6+ stars if we could!!

We were tenants staying in Queenstown for a four month lease. Marianne was our property manager and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was very detailed and professional in her approach, going to extra lengths to ensure we had all the knowledge necessary to look after the apartment properly. Absolutely breathe taking Views and Home. So well equipped for our two families, and great to have space apart for kids and parents! Kitchen is great and well appointed with everything you’d need. Very clean and great heating for the cold weather in July. Cost and comfortable . Such a great location just out of town and so quiet! Very easy drive out of town and shops 10 min away to get supplies. Hope to be back next year as perfect holiday accommodation. Katrina’s a great host with very good communication and very easy to contact. Thanks for everything so much appreciated.

We made a booking to stay at the Historic Stonehouse in Queenstown through Divine Property Management. The home was very well managed - lovely and clean with ample space for everyone to relax in and a very well maintained hot tub. Check in and check out was easy and Katrina stayed in touch to offer assistance throughout our stay. Thank you for helping make our holiday in Queenstown a memorable one!
