An excellent experience end to end with Duncan Flooring. We booked this in in the week before Xmas - packed up the house and the pets and headed off, hoping that nothing would upend the job getting completed. The Xmas Covid wave made this challenging for Linda and her team, but they went above and beyond to get the job done for us, with one of the team doing the final coat on Xmas Day!! We are so pleased with the result and the price was well below any others we received. Thanks again guys!

This is the second time I have used Duncan Flooring. I have loved the results of re-sanding and polishing our wooden floors. I have really appreciated their professionalism as one of their workers contracted covid but they pulled out all the stops to get our job done and the results were amazing. I also appreciated their communication and friendliness throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend.

I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Duncan Floor Co. Communication was excellent and even though we kept putting the job back due to delays in our building work, Linda didn't shout at us once!The finish on the floor is amazing and the match between the original floor and the reclaim add on is undetectable.100% happy, great work and great value.
