Absolute trash.I wish there was a single redeeming quality but there wasn’t.One coffee with burnt, noticeably, and was meant to be decaf but that’s debatable. The other was weak as anything, frappe instead of iced (as ordered), and on top of that you have to pay extra for flavour shots, which is fine, but after paying extra for vanilla it would’ve been nice to actually taste it. No offer to remake it after pointing out the flaws.After the coffee disappointment we were hoping it would get better with the food, of course it didn’t.The nachos were the most overpriced plate of rubbish, clearly microwaved, flavourless.All in all we left completely disappointed without finishing a single thing.A reminder to just support local cafes for us, and if the only option is chain cafes we’ll be going with reputable / consistent places like Gloria Jeans or Coffee Club.

Ordered the eggs benedict, actually disappointed that the egg wasn't runny & the hollandaise tasted off. Let them know & no one bothered to come & offer an apology! Ended up eating it anyway coz we didn't wanna waste our money smh! Hope we don't get a sore tummy!

Great place but food portions are small and quite pricey. Dint get me wrong though the food is delicious but wished they gave u more. Gets a bit overcrowded and the weather doesn't help but a great place to eat then venture out to the various stores nearby which are walking distance. Oh and you can take your pet there to as they gave a good outdoor area to eat and chill weather permitting

This place is more of a disappointment than I am to my father. The $19 nachos were microwaved and tiny. The coffee was burnt and didn't make it decaf like I requested. My partner's wasn't even the correct coffee that she asked for and they refused to make a new one despite not being busy whatsoever. Sod these chain cafes, they're absolute trash.

Food and coffee were good. The vegetarian salad didn't.have.much veges but was tasteful. Service with a smile would have been good, but maybe she was having a bad day.

Had Breakfast here.Food was delicious nice and fresh and hot.I forgot again to take pics of The before we ate" stage - So 2 of them were half eaten but finished and one (mine) Mince on toast was all doneWe HadColumbus BreakfastSteak Sandwich x 2Mince on ToastFlat WhiteIced CoffeeIced Chocolate x 2Cooked beautifully quick servicePlace was busy when we arrived lucky to get a table.Staff worked fast to serve and clear tables."

Absolutely disgusting. Had to request our food and drinks in order to get them. After waiting 45 minutes for our breakfast to come out, after starting to eat my meal I realised that the chicken on my plate was raw in the middle. Took it back to let them know and they took the chicken off to cook it a bit longer. At this point I asked for a refund. Was meant to be my mother's day breakfast but left without having breakfast at all. Would not recommend and would never go back!

Would give 0 stars if possible. As a cafe manager, this was the worst cafe I’ve been to. Got an iced Americano with sparkling water for my partner and they made it without sparkling water. When we told them, they proceeded and charged us another $5.90 for some sparkling water. How crazy is that, just asking for sparkling water instead of normal water. The water is already added in the drink, not like it was an add on, changing dairy milk to alternative milk would cost max $1.50, so why is sparkling water an extra $5.90?? Absolutely ridiculous would never come back, and you’d never see this in my cafe for sure. Max 2$ for added sparkling water is reasonable but $5.90? Pathetic!

We came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. We were quite early, so the staff were still setting up. They were really friendly and had my breakfast ready so quickly. Nice and simple breakfast and the coffee was good
