Crewcut Lawn Mowing Lower Hutt

I hired this company because a previous company had destroyed several fruit plants, they came and did my lawns twice and have destroyed the replacement plants after openly mocking the previous company for doing just that. I’ve just got off the phone with Sally who was incredibly rude because the invoice is just over a week late being paid... because it is already paid and Sally is claiming it isn’t. I would describe Sally as highly emotional and unprofessional to work with. I explained that I thought the invoice was paid and would check and then explained that admittedly the reason I was lax about it was because I was considering asking them to pay for the already replaced plants. Sally was extremely emotional, angry, petty, was dead set on a school girl argument and ended up hanging up on me when I told her to expect an invoice for my dead plants after she swore at me.If you hire these guys don’t get them to do any tidy up or work requiring any kind of thought or care, but straight lawns should be okay if you like them a bit longer. If you have trouble with “difficult” people I’d avoid Sally and just chat straight to her husband who was but friendly and fine to talk to. I was considering not even mentioning it because he’s nice until the extremely unprofessional and petty school girl argument of a phone call from SallyHer ending line before she hung up? “I have never texted a customer as much as I have texted you!” Life tip Sally; customers don’t want your texts. Call or email like every other business ever. Also, there is a total of two texts lol. This is a great example of their communication style.The kicker? I offered them cash both times they came and they refused in favour of bank transfer. LOL!!!! Good luck Sally I hope you get the big hug you need.
