Shocking service, turned away on day booked, underquoted & not informed of extra charges until collection on day of service , not called to collect car, work done not satisfactory to vtnz requirements & had to go back to remedy. , in total 7 hours wasted over 2 days running back & forth to mechanic & 2 extra trips to vtnz and being without vehicle longer than should have been. Complaint shrugged off by manager. Definately not satisfied

These people are absolutely the best of the best in service, workmanship and dedication to their customers that is second to none. Far from being mere parts fitters Ian, Warren and the crew are the old school type innovators/engineers _whatever it takes to get the job done and done professionally.I highly recommend them

Can't rate these guys highly enough. I'm a mechanic's daughter and know a bit about cars - they communicate really well, don't try to charge for new parts when second hand would do, and told me quite frankly that if I needed new tires another place in town would be cheaper.

The service we received at Western Auto Services was friendly, knowledgeable, and effective.Throughout the whole experience we were met with friendly banter, provided with local knowledge, and reassured that the problems we were worried about were not as bad as we thought.It was the best WoF check we have ever received, and I would happily send another car back there!
