Fantastic food, terrible staff and experience.I waited 45 minutes for a simple burger and fries while the two lads on the tills goofed off and messed about.The whole time i could see bags piling up as orders came through, but neither of them checked the bags and didnt seem interested in working! I finally went and asked for a refund as i could wait no longer, but spotted my order behind and instead took the bag. The food is not good cold, im gutted this happened and hope those guys realise they have just cost the buisness a future customer.

Good place. Went around 5pm and it was very quiet however took quite awhile to get my burger. The kitchen did look busy so I assume they were doing online orders. I don’t think there is many dietary requirements options. Tables were a bit sticky. Tasty burger and very hot which is good.

Great food, tasty burgers and loaded fries are the best here. Serving sizes are great. A bar onsite would have added more stars to this place.

Swung by with friends but didn't actually order anything to eat. Pretty cool interior and decor. The Street Fighter arcade is a great feature when entering. Plenty of space about and from what i saw of my friend's orders, the food looks pretty on point as well.

Came here during a quiet hour so service and food was good. Decent burgers and very good fries !!! The bun was soft and had a good amount of veggies and sauce. Definitely better than ordering a burger at a pub or cafe, so I recommend this place!Do wish they serve the food on a tray if dining in because everything is takeout, just wasteful but easier for them not to clean up I suppose… They should also have a recycling bin for cans.

We really enjoyed our burgers and the service was excellent and very quick considering they were busy. We intended to eat in but had to change our minds because there's something about the noise in the building that makes voices accentuated and ten times louder, because there's nothing soft in-store to help absorb and soften any noises, it was really uncomfortable I couldn't stand it so we took our dinner away and ate it at the park. Please consider some acoustic softening for customers and staff comfort. The burger was one of the best burgers I've had, compliments to the chefs!

Update: not a regular anymore. Food taking a lot longer to be ready, fries are still good, burger buns often not toasted.Now a regular here always happy to collect my order from happy and helpful staff. Even remember my name and preferred drink, what else could I ask for! Burgers are great and the fries as well!
