Sessions with Clare are deep and transformative. After a few treatments I feel like my body is literally rebuilding itself and most of the tension that I had accumulated is now gone. She is able to facilitate deep relaxation physically and a meditative mental space where she assists the natural healing and rebalancing of the body from an energetic level.Previous to my treatments with her I favoured a more massage/ manipulative approach… but I now feel there is greater scope, within Clare’s Cranio sessions, to not only heal or shift and rebalance underlying misalignments leading to disease or injury in a subtle yet powerful way - but to also tap into inner wisdom and previously veiled knowledge around what may have contributed to it.
