Shontal was fantastic and super prompt to get back to me and nothing was too hard for them to help out with. Hired a spit off them over the weekend .spit was so bad had to cook most of it in the oven .when it was turning around it would drop 180degrees and ended up ripping the pig of the spit.when told about the problem his reply was.ive never had a problem with it before funny how it had a peace of wire holding one part to the other cause it had been broken .was cheap enough to hire $100 but would rather pay $200 and have one working properly ."

Very flexible, had a Easter wedding and they arranged for someone to meet as at the store so we could drop off gear even though they were closed. Everything we needed for our wedding at one place
