Gillian went above and beyond on helping us send flowers to our friends. Calling her from the states, and messaging through facebook, we knew we were in good hands with her professional recommendations and personalized service. She sent us pictures of the bouquet and some extra details that touched our hearts. She now has a dedicated customer and I highly recommend her services to anyone looking.

Absolutley stunning arrangement of flowers. Called on a Saturday and Gillian was more than happy to help out on short notice and delivered a beautiful bouquet. My Gran was blown away. Wonderful to deal with, would highly recommend.

I cannot thank Gillian enough for the wonderful, effortless service I have received, I live in the UK and have twice needed to send flowers to a very close friend of mine. For being so far away the ordering of the flowers was made so easy to do by Gillian and these beautiful flowers were delivered to my friend within hours the same day. I got a photo sent of the flowers which were beautiful. Thank you Gillian, you are an absolute star. X

I definitely recommend Gillian McFarlane, Country Matters + Winton Flowers.I live in Wellington and ordered by phone for flowers for my mother’s grave in Winton cemetery - explained what I wanted - flowers were exactly what I had wished for to celebrate loving memory.Gillian is friendly, passionate and I received great customer service. Her flower creation is spectacular, inspirational and beautiful. She went above and beyond in her service, including personal free delivery.Very impressed. Winton Flowers at Country Matters
Gillian was very responsive and quick to assist. When asked if I could drop in something additional to be delivered to the recipient along with the flowers, Gillian was happy to help. She even printed a poem for me that I emailed through to her, to be gifted along with the flowers. Very helpful overall.
