Irene is a wealth of knowledge in this store and they have inexpensive beds that are perfect for people on a budget and middle of the road budgets and then the higher end.An excellent experience and then, they deliver AND install the bed too. Bought my bed base and mattress from the Northshore branch and was delivered by the Henderson branch. Great service throughout. The delivery guys were very professional, efficient, polite and cheery! I can't recommend them enough!

Excellent service from all staff, especially Wayne. Got a great deal on a fantastic bed. Wayne and his staff really know their beds. If you are not sleeping well, need a new bed, then definitely try these guys out.

We bought an expensive mattress from here. When it arrived ,it smelt mouldy as though it had been stored somewhere damp. Within 2 months the side bar broke on it.we told them we wanted a new mattress and they said it would be repaired. We said that's not good enough after 2 months, and insisted on a new replacement. They ignored us for another month, until we threatened to throw it through their door and contact fair go. Only then was it replaced. Terrible customer service. Would never buy from them again
