Most silly water faucets they have . U will know what i mean when its winter . One for cold and one for hot water . Cant mix . Washing machine is free but dryer is charged . And there is no way you can hang clothes in the unit . Manager and cleaner and techinician all same person . So if u dial 0 for help expect no answer , he is busy somewhere doing something

Stayed just the one night the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Motel within walking distance to everything you need.. supermarket, cafes and restaurants.

I have an extreme sore back after staying here last week. The bed was the most uncomfortable, the stove only goes on super hot so burnt food is almost guaranteed, not only that but the motel man obviously has little man issues as I twice witness him running round the place with his big boy boots on telling motel guests off. And FYI there’s rats in the walls. Yuck. But it is pet friendly and cameras everywhere so ur stuff is safe :)

Let's start with the positives. It is very clean, quiet and close to amenities and the moteliers are very obliging. But it is very poorly equipped. We had a full oven and cook top but no ovenproof dish to cook in, and not very many utensils.There was also a problem with the unit I had specifically booked and the one we were given. I had specifically asked for 2 beds and the one we were given only had 1.

Great location, friendly staff and comfy beds. 5 stars if the walls were a touch thicker. Could hear my neighbours a touch but nothing that kept me from sleeping

On a cool day we arrived to find the heater had been turned on in our one bedroom unit which was appreciated. How good to have comfortable furniture to sit and watch tv. Living room, bedroom and bathroom of a good size. Bathroom had all one would want in terms of heat, towels, soap, body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Shower plenty big enough certainly bigger than most. Kitchenette provided all we needed. Bed provided a good night's sleep. Could not fault the cleanliness of our unit. We have stayed in many motels and this would be one of the better ones. We have now found accommodation for future our visits to Christchurch.

It was a lovely complex, friendly staff, greeted us upon arrival which was nice to have. Clean rooms, inside and out. The complex (studio) was spacious, warm, comfortable. A few rules to follow, which we were a bit unsure of as we haven't had rules with motels often in the past. But easy rules to abide by. Was a lovely stay. Coffee, tea, cutlery equipped in the kitchen which was handy. Warm, very well pressured shower. Lovely warm, bubbly spa out the back. Sky television. The bed was amazing, have never slept on such a comfortable bed before. It was so warm and soft. Thankyou Pam and Roy for the lovely hospitality. Had a blast. Anastasia (Stacie) and Damyn.

Very nice location, easy to find, nice and quiet too as it is in a residential area. Very clean room, nothing too fancy but everything you need. Friendly service too!
