Not impressed how Doctors won't come back to work and staff keep leaving. Only 1 doctor available.

For us, the staff lit. bent over backwards to help at every level. We are very grateful for their care and competence.

Very disappointed on my first visit. Tried to enroll my entire family as we have just moved to the area and am looking for a GP. When I tried to see a doctor I was told I could only see a nurse who could not prescribe medication (when that was the reason for my visit). I was not even told a wait time, purely that I couldn't see one because they were too busy when there was only 4-5 people in the waiting room. Doris in reception was very rude through the entire process, that I have decided to drive 25 minutes out of my way to go somewhere else so I don't have to see them. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I RECOMMEND KERIKERI MED. THEY WERE DELIGHTFUL EVEN WHEN I CAME IN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.

We went there at 5pm yesterday, only Dr Jenni, a nurse and receptionist there. They stayed after hours fixed me up and sent me home with appropriate medication. Excellent service from a dedicated team, thank you all very much.

Very caring towards my Elderly Aunt, very impressed by their quick response..No waiting at the Clinic. Thank you.

I was a walk-in and was previously registered 10 years ago.The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and explained I would have to pay to see a doctor.The waiting period wasn't long before I was asked by an intern doctor if I would like to have my issue diagnosed by him, before being addressed by the duty doctor.After 10 minutes of information and diagnosis and the doctor arrived and inspected me, prescribed my medication, and signed a sick leave form for work.The cost of seeing the doctor is $20.....
