And now I was stupid to buy from them again!!!! I ordered 2 cars and again the front wheels are stuck!!! Brian the manager" are not open for discussioninstead he stears away from the problem and conversation.....bad quality for a "manager". Not the first time I've bought from them and it is the second time I received a model not in great nor good condition. The cars ain't cheap and I feel I should get what I am paying for. The last car I bought was a display model and it came with front wheels not turning freely."

awesome little shop with a massive and obscure range. can be a little cramped when there's quite a few people in the store, but staff happy to sort you out and ask if you need help. found a rather rare nb mx5 model kit for my partner for an excellent price :))

Fantastic service. Ordered on Sunday evening, shipping on Mon morning and received Tue morning. Slight problem with order and after contacting the team at Frankton Model Shop they shipped another part out the same day and received on Wed. Two deliveries in record time and awesome customer service. Highly recommend this business! I will be back for more RC goodies!

Thay are not willing to talk with you no communication when trying to get help on a product. Good luck if you go there.going to use hobby hanger in the future

Hands down the best service ever , items sorted and shipped promptly, good prices excellent quality products but in the end I come back for the service it’s just something that separates Frankton from other hobby shops , good work guys and a huge thank you for the quality service
