Dealing with this company through Samsung. Machine was picked up really quickly for assessment. But 8 days later and it’s still not assessed. It’s winter and I have a house full of people. Really need my dryer seen to fast.My machine came back filthy and with scratches! Why? See the gaps when assembled?

Absolutely A1 service. 2 wonderful guys delivered our TV back this afternoon & took the time to shift the old tv away & set up the repair one for me. I couldn’t have asked for better service. They were kind & thoughtful. I was pleased I had fresh baking & a cold drink for them.

Give this company a big miss. Phone calls not answered, messages not answered, emails not answered, dont deserve to be in buisness. Have tried for 4 weeks to try and establish where our job is at. Bluntly put bloody useless .

Dealing with this company via Samsung referral has been the worse customer service experience of my life, normally this statement would be a figure of speech but in this instance i mean it. Not only did I not get my Fridge fixed within two months but i had little to no contact, could never get in touch and information was all over the place like no one knew what they were doing. Now after pushing Samsung has offered a replacement because they also couldn't find out about my repair. Unfortunately the company handling my replacement is these people 1-2 weeks they reckon but after those two weeks no contact and this is still and on going situation.

22 June 2023: An electrician was booked to come and check my stove as power to both power points (only) was intermittent. I received a phone call stating that someone (?) would call me in 3 working days to arrange a date & time to come out & look at my stove.5 July 2023: still waiting for that call, rang the store where I purchased the stove and told them to cancel Hillcrest & arrange for a different electrician to come check my stove.

Close to 4 months of waiting to fix my TV in the end it was a refund.. they are in collaboration with samsung what a joke. Yet to receive my funds. Have herd all kinds of excuses but these guys take it to a whole new level. Be prepared people you are warned.

Absolute worst company to deal with honestly I cant even put into words how disappointed I am that Samsung stuck me with them. Going on 3 months to get a solution to my appliance that faulted. They cant answer their phones, their email seems broken and their voice messages must get deleted too because no one replies to those.
