Royal Oak Lotto Kiosk

Small Lotto kiosk located inside Royal Oak Mall. Staff and service prompt, not particularly friendly.

Fast and prompt lotto kiosk. Had an altercation with one of the people working there who forgot that I had paid for my ticket. He took my number and said he would check the books at the end of the night. After feeling quite embarrassed I went away feeling terrible but he called me up the next day to apologise. That was kind of him to do so. So thank you Royal Oak Lotto. I appreciate the time you took in giving me a call to rectify the situation and for being honest in making a mistake :)

Last week, I took roughly, 9 tickets to be scanned by the old guy behind the counter, we stood watching the screen as it was being scanned. The first ticket was a bonus, then $22.00, a few tickets weren't winning, but then $22.00 2 or 3 more times, I was like wow! And then, at the end of it all, the old guy behind the counter says, $22.00 and 3 bonus tickets. We were like, but it showed $22.00 more than once, he mumbled a few words and then showed bonus tickets and a receipt for that, and said see this is $0, it's free, you don't have to pay. Then, took all the receipts plus the tickets that were scanned and tossed them in the bin, not rip them up not scrunch up, which I thought was odd, other lotto shop owners rip scanned tickets! I will make a formal complaint, because he can't say that his machine is faulty, well then, it shouldn't have been operating that day! we know what we saw and heard coming from that machine. Will never use this lotto store ever again!

Quick service Lotto store lots of parking outside in the Royal Oak mall. All they do is Lotto - located next to the food hall.
