ATM - Bank of New Zealand (BNZ)

So helpful nice to talk to and bank that's open the latest so making it actually possible to get to whilst it's open

THE POOREST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. The BNZ Chartwell has gone from a welcoming bank and a bank I enjoyed banking with to one I no longer feel comfortable going in to.Today it took me over 12 minutes to deposit $102 cash. A staff member refused to take cash from me and made me stand in line to use the cash machine. There was one person using it and kept having notes rejected. I asked the staff member to assist her and she replied she knows how to use it". This is the only machine in the bank that accepts cash and I was made to wait while three members of staff would not take my cash!! To make the service worse I had two coins rejected and amazingly a staff member was then able to take these two coins and make a deposit for me. It is hard to believe that a few years ago this branch of the BNZ is the only company I have ever left good feedback for. The staff appreciated it so much they printed it off and stuck it on the staffroom wall. I am considering moving to the Westpac bank. More staff and all willing to accept my cash."

After 6 years after I deleted the account from BNZ. I receive an overdue credit card bill from Ec credit control. A credit card bill I didn't owe. I had to fight tooth and claw to get it cleared and get a written apology from Chartwell BNZ for stealing my identity and trying to make me pay for the credit card." Also eccredits wont send you the proof even if you ask. Why bother making an account with a bank if they steal your personal info."
