Today had Suzanne green tell me to shut up and accuse me of swearing before she even listen to phone recordings with her staff and intentionally waste my call data 30 minutes just to get a guarantee on her sending the complaint form

Such poor service from this organization. I would not recommend engaging with them for help at all. They were condensing and out right rude.Failed my family and I on many different occasions.
