After emailing 5 different companies and inspectors, Martin Hawkins from AA homes inspections got back to me x5 faster then all the other companies at a waaaay lower price! He was very clear and to the point which I appreciated, and his customer service was AMAZING! I would give them 5 thousand stars if I could, and I highly HIGHLY recommend him and this company! I am very pleased with the service they provided!

His building inspections are timely, incredibly thorough and his reports comprehensive and user-friendly for someone who would not know where to begin with checking out a property. It was a great experience to work with Martin on an inspection of a home that we wanted to buy. We had a great experience with AA Home Inspections. We needed a weather tightness inspection done on our property urgently and Martin Hawkins from AA home was very responsive at the start. He traveled far to get to the property on a Saturday and arrived at the time our tenants wanted. He got us the report on Saturday night as he promised and the report was very detailed and easy to follow as you can tell he did a very thorough job. Next day I phoned him to get further information and advices on the findings and without hesitation, Martin provided me with all the information i need.
