Excellent service from Harrisons Carpet, Hobsonville. Good pricing and options and the vinyl and carpet were laid on time and with as little disruption as they could possibly manage. Given this was a refit of a very busy office during work hours this was an amazing achievement. A big thank you also goes to the contractors that Sue engaged for the job - Dan from Boyce Flooring and Daniel from the Flooring Company. Daniel and his team worked around us and were excellent to deal with. We even asked Sue to arrange the plumber to move the toilets while vinyl was being laid and again Rhys from Paragon Plumbing was perfect.

The tradesman phoned the evening before confirming he would be coming and was on time in the morning which was great. He laid our vinyl planking down in the kitchen and did a very good job. I am fussy about corners and angles and everyone was measured and fitted perfectly. He left the place spotless after the job was finished. I recommend him for doing such a neat job.An added bonus he brought his delightful Blue Merle Border Collie who waited patiently in his van the entire time having a run in the local park at lunchtime. Such a super, obedient beautiful dog too.

I have recently had vinyl and carpet fitted. From the beginning Sue explained everything I needed to know. She was extremely helpful and everything ran without a hitch. The installers rang when they were meant to and arrived when they were meant to. Everything was done perfectly and they tidied up before leaving so there was never anything left to do and nothing was left except a beautiful job by very pleasant and knowledgeable people. I would give them all 5 stars and recommend all of them.
