Sarah was great to deal with! We had a cancellation one week out and Sarah was able to get our welcome sign and signage for our table settings ready with only one weeks notice plus, delivered everything to the venue. We were very happy and have no hesitation in recommending her services to anyone on Waiheke!

Sarah and Nick are rockstars! We are an American couple that wanted to get married in NZ. We reached out to Sarah with only a couple months notice, but she rearranged her schedule to be there and made us feel like the only couple she worked with the whole season.With just a couple phone calls/emails, she knew exactly what we were looking for and created the perfect day for us! The day of our wedding was carefree and absolutely beautiful. From the flowers, cake, and decorations to Nick's gorgeous music, not a single detail was missed. They even brought some toys in for my niece so she could play during the reception.We'll never forget our perfect wedding day. Thank you Nick and Sarah!

Sarah from The Island collection was an absolute delight to deal with. She supported us on a number of aspects for our wedding - sound and live music, babysitting and equipment hire. She was so helpful from day 1 and went above and beyond to help us, even when she didn’t have to.The band she organized for us (Cassius) were incredible and had people up and dancing for all three hours they played. They had a very engaging song list and were a highlight of the day. Very entertaining!!The babysitters that she arranged were highly qualified and all the parents felt really comfortable leaving their children for the evening. They weren’t bothered all evening and were able to enjoy the night knowing their children were very well looked after.Nothing was too much to ask. Would highly recommend Sarah and incredibly thankful for her contribution to our truly memorable wedding day!

What can I say, The Island Collection is incredible!! If you're getting married on Waiheke you need to call Sarah!Sarah styled, set up and managed our wedding day and everything was perfect. Her attention to detail and willingness to do anything to make our day stress free was beyond the call of duty. Everything from the table settings, to the flowers, and arch under which we married were so beautifully curated. Sarah is very talented and has a beautiful eye for style and detail.On the day my husband and I didn't worry about a thing and were able to sit back and enjoy our day with our loved ones knowing that everything and more and been thought of. The last minute cake request didn't phase Sarah at all and was a perfect final touch.We have two small girls and had a couple of other guests with children. Sarah set up the most beautiful kids space with crafts, toys and things to do that kept them entertained all afternoon. It was a beautiful space that the kids just didn't want to leave.We also hired one of the musicians from The Island Collection and Nick Fraser was unbelievable. He not only wooed our guests but learnt a song dear to us for the signing of the register. This is not something we thought would be possible and is definitely one of our favourite moments from the day. Our friends and family are still commenting on how beautiful his voice is. Sarah and her team provided event management and styling services for a large vineyard party. I can't recommend Sarah and her team highly enough. Sarah was very was professional to deal with, providing a clear quote and plan up front, with helpful practical suggestions along the way. She gave regular updates and managed expectations well. On the weekend of the event, it was fantastic to relax and enjoy the party knowing everything was well taken care of. The event was beautifully styled, great music, staff, food and drinks. We got in contact with Sarah and The Island Collection later in our wedding planning and hired gold cutlery and linen napkins for our reception at Kauri Springs Lodge. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with, fantastic with communication and went out of her way to make us feel as supported as she possibly could. We wish we’d used their company for ALL our hire items and would recommend them as the number one company on the island if you’re planning an event in the future!!

We worked with Madeleine to plan and style our wedding at Stonyridge Vineyard on Waiheke and she was an absolute dream. We could rely on Madeleine to communicate clearly as well as take charge on the day to ensure our vision was executed, including when a couple of spanners were thrown in the mix! All of Madeleine’s vendor recommendations were spot on and she went above and beyond both in preparation and on the day.
