I haven't moved into my new rental yet, however the service I received from the Rental Bureau has been outstanding so far. Victoria was incredibly helpful and eventually she found me a house that I really liked exactly in the area where I want to live.Communication from the other members of the team has been great and all the steps were explained very clearly.I can tell that they care about their tenants, I am sure that for me it will be a positive experience dealing with The Rental Bureau.

We were tenants for a year and a half in a property managed by the Rental Bureau - highly recommend to prospective tenants and those landlords who care about their tenant's wellbeing. The team was fantastic to deal with and always actioned (or explained why they could not) our property maintenance and improvement requests. Thanks again Victoria and team :)

This real estate is really great. I can check house condition and interior through their 3D tour. It feels like I don't need to visit to view the house(of course, you should view the house). Camella was really great. She answers me very quickly, and all the process is really fast. I really recommend this real estate.

The whole process was super simple and particularly fast. I felt welcomed at the viewing, not rushed and very much treated like I was a person, not a number. It was so nice for a change to feel this way as many letting agents are so transactional and really great to see the photos were a good representation of the house. So many look great in photos then are not what was advertised once you get to the viewing. A lot of agencies could learn a thing or two from The Rental Bureau - I highly recommend them.

I gave them a five stars at the beginning of their management as they encouraged their clients to give them reviews. After working with them over a year, things start to go down the hill.They don't provide any mobile for contact. Only an office landline and a generic email address. The communication was so broken when things needed to move fast especially in urgent situation.I think they are ok if things go well. The issue would only start to show when things go wrong.

I've loved renting through The Rental Bureau because as a tenant, I'm actually treated like a person. They are considerate, kind and communication is on point. Any maintenance issues that I lodge are taken care of as quickly as possible. Their online portal makes it really easy lodge requests or send queries. Overall, a great business to work with. If I had my own property to rent, they would be my first choice in Property Managers

We have been a client of Victoria's for 2 1/2 years now and have always had a great experience when letting our property. Victoria is upfront and honest and really cares to ensure the right fit tenants are selected for our property. The most recent letting experience was even better as they had updated their communication to us via a video link. This is way more personalised and informative and was easy for The Rental Bureau to communicate with us too. Highly recommend them as a Property Manager.
