Fantastic company to do business with. Firstly, I would like to say a big thank you to the service that was provided. The office was absolutely brilliant to deal with. Very thorough, organized and helpful especially with all of my decisions that I needed to make. Versatile always kept me updated which I absolutely appreciate given how hard it is in today's environment. I absolutely appreciate the communication that was provided as I know the building industry has been hit so hard. Secondly the builders were phenomenal, they completely went out of their way for me, were always kind, well spoken, well groomed and presented, very experienced and even kind enough to give me some advise on home improvement and gave me recommendations on what I could potentially do going forward.They will always have a coffee and biscuit out of me! Thank you for thr amazing service. I have recommended Versitile to all of my friends and family. What a fantastic company to have in our community. I wish you all the best.

I live next door to a building site that Versatile are running and there workers are rude and use my property without asking. They park all over my driveway and have no care for the impact of their surroundings. I approached the workers a few times and all I wanted was for them to politely ask to use our property and maybe apologise! or at least be better going forward but to no avail!

Numerous issues with build, garage door installed incorrectly, not rectified for over 7 months, guttering installed incorrectly so water did not flow to down pipe, versatile checked and said it was fine, well it was so fine that it rotted out a whole section of the garage as it leaked constantly!!They never came back to fill in the trenches dug out for electricals, I had to reconcrete this myself.Owner of versatile Wellington - disgusting to deal with, rude, demeaning and belittling said he did a drive by and it looked fine, refused to come out to inspect the other issues.
