Terrible experience with this branch on 5 August.1) Only one staff member on the desk who took 30 minutes to serve the three customers in front of me.2) We hired a car seat, and were aware that we would have to install it ourselves. However the staff member didn't know how to install it and the instructions were in tiny print on the side of the seat itself. It took a long time to figure out how to install it - thankfully it wasn't raining.3) I selected to prepurchase the tolls. Now, two weeks later, Hertz have just invoiced me an extra $38 for the tolls.

the location in this map is not true. their office is inside the airport at the arrival area near the baggage claim area and their car's are park just outside the arrival area. don't follow this guide or you will just waste your time just like i did. just go straight to arrival area and you will find the very friendly woman that will help you to your rental needs.
