Peter and Iris are the consumate hosts. They know everything about Rakiura, and Peter is recommended as a knowledgeable and interesting guide. The house is super comfortable, spacious and relaxing. It has everything you need for a short or long stay. I highly recommend this place for couples, groups and families.

*Room was misadvertised as a King room; when we arrived it was actually two very soft/squishy single beds that slid apart. Room was quite expensive, and we felt we had been misled. When we raised the issue and suggested correcting the listing for future guests, host did not apologize or express regret; instead he became hostile.*Booking site says there would be free wifi; in fact there is a charge for very weak wifi.*Site says there's a 2.5% surcharge for credit cards, but the host refused to accept cash when we wanted to avoid the surcharge, costing us nearly $40.*These and other issues soured our experience. Avoid this place if you can.
