Starbucks Porirua
ordered a tall pink drink with light ice. they warned me it wouldn’t be filled to the top, and i said that’s okay. i get my drink, and it was packed with ice. i asked if they could remove some, so he proceeds to pour my drink into a new cup, making me lose about 1/4 of my drink, as well as most of the strawberries. this never happens at the lambton quay, they always continue to fill it up all the way. the man was rude about it as well. caramel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle was lacking the extra caramel, which now costs almost $1 extra compared to 50c a few weeks ago.

Starbucks quality coffee and good, friendly staff. Shame to see takeaway given as a default when we were in to sit and drink coffee.

2 of the staff i’ve encountered here are just rude! So different to the other starbucks that i’ve been to. This is the only starbucks i’ve been to where staff are irritated with the customers. Zero customer service especially and the blond staff is horrible to customers. They don’t even smile at you. Poor service!

Since this store opened I've had a lovely and wonderful experience. I was served by a lovely mid-aged European man? He was super calm, sweet and positive and made sure to help me choose my options as I don't know how starbucks works.I've given a 5 star rating because of the extra care the employees took to ask if I was okay standing because I'm pregnant and no seats were available.

Typical Starbucks, you know what you're going to get (but unfortunately they can't add pumpkin spice to hot chocolate). Efficient & friendly staff. Seating area very clean.

Coffee is about as palatable as drain-cleaner, and while the frappes are usually OK, the unadvertised 15% surcharge on public holidays means avoid like the plague.

Ok so I love Starbucks as much as the next guy but this was absolutely daylight robbery with the amount of ice there was. I barely got any drink and they had no dried fruit for it either but this amount of ice was excessive.... Very disappointed
