I had a minor issue 2 months after buying the car not picked up on the original WOF, (mismatched front tyres, the tyre shop guy said he was surprised VTNZ picked it up at all, easily missable). Tony reimbursed me for the replacement the next day with no dramas at all. Excellent follow up customer care, much appreciated.
