Good to get the bike given i know what i wanted however the staff member did not know the product as he disagreed with the tire pressures on the tire. When i got home the rims even had the pressures you could run. Think they need to know the product they selling us given the cost.

I had an excellent experience with the workshop. There was a subtle but annoying clicking somewhere on my bike, another shop couldn't find it. Push bikes found and fixed it within minutes. This will definitely be my first option next time.

A great experience.Great choice of bikes. Competitively priced. Excellent service. Always made to feel welcome. I never felt pressured to make the purchase. Nothing is too much trouble for Johnny. Highly recommended.

Was really stressed from having a faulty issue with a product, and these guys helped me out, absolute legends, probably one of the best customer service in the last 12 years that I have stayed in New Zealand. This guys are legit!

Auckland based buyer here (I know, terrible...). Fan from the lockdown days, and haven't stopped buying from them since! I bought some cycling pants from them the other month, and then contacted them to ask them about a different chamois. James and Bronnie went above and beyond, reaching out to Madison to see what their chamois' were like given I couldn't physically come in, and then organising an exchange for me. Really didn't expect it, but was blown away! Thanks so much team, you're the best!
