Kitchen King

I made the mistake of using this company after a recommendation from a friend. All seemed well initially and Tony seemed like a decent bloke that would give a good result but soon discovered that wasn't the case. In general he doesn't listen to the client and just goes ahead with what he wants to do without any discussion/double checking (including not installing a sink I supplied to him but instead installing what he decided on without consultation and then didn't return my sink or provide a credit). Apparently he was doing me a favour"! Many promises were made to return to finish off shelving that was part of the kitchen design/install but never got done and after months of follow up phone calls to have this completed and broken promises he became obnoxious or just hung up. Very unpleasant to deal with in the end.I have had to find a handyman/joiner to finish off things."

tried to call and had a horrible conversation, was disrespectful and plain rude.
