So glad I booked in at 7:30 when the opened, by 7:45 there were 7 vehicles in the queue waiting when I was done, seems booking are essential but just like the doctors don’t get you seen on time, then had to wait ages just to pay and leave. Great location and a much needed resource in Cambridge, but I think twice before going again

Really efficient, lovely staff. Made the experience easy. Staff are really welcoming and informative. Totally recommend, Nicky was super helpful with jump starting my car after the battery died.

Went to vtnz Cambridge to get a warrant of Fitness for my car ladies in the office were very good third person that came out to jump on my car did not have a car seat cover in his work failed my car on outside bushes my garage to repair they could not fault it rang to let the manager of the sites no told me he was sick of people complaining and hung up on me not very professional tool I won't be going back again

Had my motorcycle failed here for the indicators which were all fitted to spec by a professional custom bike shop but do you think they would listen? No of course not. Took it to vtnz against my better judgement. I took the bike to another place and they passed it.

Friendly staff, especially on the front desk today, that really makes a difference! It's shocking the amount of low brow stuff the front desk have to endure...Being a Saturday at 9am I decided it was WoF day, got there and paid by ~10:15. I took a book to read while the WoF queue was worked through. My car got a WoF - easy as that.

I had an excellent experience at this VTNZ. After hearing so many bad reviews about the VTNZ’s in Hamilton I decided to book my full test here. My instructor was Bob who was lovely and patient. He gave clear instructions that were easy to follow and at the end gave me advice on things I needed to work on. Hands down worth the trip out of Hamilton. Thank you guys.
