The whole team at Elrick & Co are fantastic to work with! They are always available on email, text or the phone and explained the process involved to me in plain English. They provided a comprehensive quote and stuck to their timelines. I would highly recommend working with them if you need to subdivide land or apply for resource consent. We were recommended to Jeremy & Jenny at Elrick & Co by two other businesses whom had engaged in their services previously.We had a complicated residential project that required external advice for planning and surveying assistance with assessment issues required for the National Policy Statement overlays, NZTA Designation requirements, NES issues & Iwi silent files. Collaboratively we worked together with council to achieve a successful result for our client.We would highly recommend engaging Elrick if you need out of the square thinking planning & surveying or land development services.
