Currently renting a home through Oxygen Hawkes bay. Our property manager Katy Te whaiti is Respectful ,Trustworthy and Very reliable.She answers questions quickly, address concerns thoroughly, and informs us (tenants) of important dates and maintenance work being performed. A tenants most wanted property manager ❤️Thank you Katy .

We have been renting with oxygen for almost a year now and they are nothing short of perfect the team was so welcoming and nice the first time meeting them! ! Katy is amazing very quick to respond and always there to help in anyways we need!

Oxygen in Hawke’s Bay look after multiple properties for us and are just outstanding Property Managers, especially Anna Crawford! Super efficient and great communicators, often going above and beyond to meet the needs of both us and our tenants. Can’t sing their praises highly enough!!

We had a good start with Oxigen.. and probably from the landlord point of view they do a good job with regular inspections etc however if you are a tenant don’t expect too much help.We moved to a 3 bedroom property in Vigor Brown street at the beginning of 2022 when the prices were very high so we had to expect the high ($780/week) rent..by the time the prices in the rental market significantly dropped so in October we asked Lindsey, our property manager to review the price with the owner. After multiple reminder she came back to us that they won’t- without further explanation (there was no proof that she ever asked). In the meantime, we decided to buy a house (and one of the reasons was the high rental price), so we gave 28 day notice to Oxigen. They put the house on market for $730/ week only. Obviously, we were angry as we could have save at least $600 if they bothered to review the high price. When we asked. Just for comparison you can get a 3-bedroom house in the area for $650. Unfortunately, we didn’t go to Tenancy Tribunal as we thought they would give us at least a small compensation due to this. They didn’t. And as if it was not enough..due to the Gabrielle Cyclon we couldn’t move out from the property on time as there was no power and the moving company was not working. Most agencies in this case would have let us stay without paying the fee however Oxigen charged not just the rental price, but the higher price for the rent ($780/week). Hard to believe that anyone would do that during a natural disaster. But they did. They made our life super stressful. I would not recommend this agency to any tenants- they are only after the money not looking after the tenants.

I have been with Oxygen for the last 2.5 years and I am a happy tenant. My property manager Faith Lloyd has been awesome at communicating details/changes. I feel comfortable sharing any maintenance and Faith is great at communicating the same to the landlord and getting things fixed. She takes her own initiative and is easily reachable when needed.

I have 6 properties with oxygen for 5 years. They have never let me down and are so good I am always looking for other investments in the area as I have that much confidence in their management of my assets there.They have managed everything from the pre-purchase evaluation of the properties, renovations, building of garages, post disaster repair, COC issues... the list goes on.Michelle is always responsive and knowlageable and really is a partner for me in a city and area I have never been to..

Property manager is always proactive in keeping me informed of any issues to do with my property and tenants. Regular inspections are very thorough and alert me to any maintenance that may be required.
