Coffee and chocolates are lovely. The cafe used to close at 4pm but has extended to an hour more now, yay! It's nice how the French door opens out to the outdoor space on a fine day.

Customer service was appalling. My regular not being open, I decided to go here to grab a quick coffee to go. I stood at the counter waiting for service for over 5 minutes. While it does not sound like long, in that time multiple staff made direct eye contact with me and walked away. It was not even very busy. I have previously worked in hospitality so I understand the days can be stressful and busy, but ignoring a customer is not acceptable, a simple hello would have been nice as I waited. Thank you to the gentleman who quite literally ran to the counter to serve me, while his other 3 staff members walked away. While the coffee as good, I am apprehensive about returning in the future.

The meal was very enjoyable. The coffee is delicious. The food is also delicious. Clean, tidy and hygienic. The staff is very enthusiastic.

What a lovely cafe, many Majestic teas to choose from, I really enjoyed the Eggs Bene and an Earl Grey. They have an amazing selection of designer chocolates as well as delicious looking cabinet treats. The staff were friendly and I observed some extra special treatment for an elderly couple that really brightened my day as well as theirs. I don't give 5 stars easily.

SO disappointed. My daughter had booked a high tea for us as a belated Mother's Day treat. Had received confirmation including the menu. Arrived at the correct time and date, to be told there was no booking for us. Absolutely NOT the fault of the staff this morning, but the person who took and confirmed our booking wasn't there and denied all knowledge of it when his staff contacted him. We showed them the confirmation, but nothing could be done.

Amazing atmosphere and friendly staff, great presentation and delicious food. Must go for a morning breakfast and Afternoon branch with friends and family!
