No one answers the front desk or gets back to you if you leave a message. Have had 2 missed phone appointments by winz set by winz and now money is getting cut off and I still can't get through. 0800 number - they have tried to help but can't only do so much. They also cannot get through to this office.

Not the greatest experience when you arrive for a scheduled appointment, are stopped outside the entrance by security and told you're not on their list, and finally make it inside five minutes late for said appointment, despite you having originally been five minutes early.

11:30pm appointment, saw case manager at 11:50,very productive meeting, finished at approx 12:40.Pretty quick for MSD!

Hi,I just would like to compliment the staff of Tauranga MSD especially Anne Skidmore and Levi (receptionist) for their exceptional customer service.I am a nurse and working rostered shifts. My parents have been in Nz since March due to Covid. The NZ government has been great to allow them to stay longer. I am finally spending Christmas with my dad after 10 years.Last Monday we went to the Tauranga office for the emergency benefit for temporary visa holders.We went there without an appointment, I just took a chance as that was my only day off, I work 10 hour shifts at the hospital.Levi made a way for us to see a specialist. She took the extra mile to help us. We were fortunate to be assisted by Anne (that was her first time to process the application)She spent hours to fill out the forms, was very patient and accommodating.This is a big thing for my parents as they are kind of struggling with not being able to share for food and other household expenses.MSD is so lucky to have staff like them who have the passion to help to those who are in need. They are treasures of this nation and I hope that their hard work will be recognised and appreciated.Kindness goes a long way.Thanks a lot

With t's crossed and i's dotted and the paperwork in order it shouldn't take to long to get funds!!!! Important to have relevant paper work done properly.

They do a very important but very hard job and deserve to be treated respectfully. They are there to help you.

Absolutely the most incompetent group of idiots on the planet. My son has been waiting over 4 weeks for the all new and improved pass the buck appointment system. He arrives only to be told all his Dr's, and pay documents have been lost so he will need to go back to the DR and get another certificate and payslips. Last pay of any kind he received was in January. So how does he do this? Been on the phone, explained he needs emergency funds only to be told to drop off paper work so they can re loose it. If these people had to get real jobs no one would employ them as they are part of the cause and definitely not part of any solution. I now understand the frustration people have by the lack of human decency or common sense these idiots use.

Lovely, helpful woman called Pat. Friendly staff.However parking is an issue.
