Our car broke down on holiday and this company went above and beyond to get the car fixed quickly so we could get ourselves home. He rung and let me know what was wrong and gave me options for fixing it. He boxed up a faulty part made by another mechanic and explained what was wrong with it so i had the knowledge to take it back to the other company and request a refund. When the part he ordered didn't arrive as soon as he expected he rung and updated us on what was happening. He came and picked me up from the camping ground to collect my car at no extra cost. The repair was costly but was due to the part that needed to be purchased. I highly recommend the fast friendly service of excel Autos.
